Jamie Bayliss

Managing Director


Jamie founded Elite Aluminium Systems in 1993 and has driven the business forward to be a multi-million-pound company working with some of the UK’s largest main contractors and leading supply chain partners.

His significant experience in the industry combined with a hands-on approach contributes to the continued success of the company and the development of the Elite brand.

Mark Longmore

General Manager


Mark joined Elite in 1994 and quickly established an efficient infrastructure for the new business. He has significant experience in all departments with his strongest being design, having started his working career as a traditional draughtsman.

Responsible for providing training to new apprentices and working closely with the designers on most projects. Monitoring the general workload for all projects and managing this with team members. Mark also controls the monthly valuations and assisting the accounts department.

Tom Bayliss

Operations Director


Tom started his career at Elite Aluminium Systems in 2005 straight from school, he began his experience as a production operative on the shop floor continually working his way up to his current position as Operations Director. He now oversees the day to day operations of the business which includes staff management, production of goods, transport and supply chain.

Tom has experience in installation, surveying and design as well as being proficient in the programming and use of CNC machinery. He is also a fully qualified user of 2D Cad, Elucad, Logikal, TechDesign and Sapa-Logic.


Paul Thomas

Project Draughtsman


Paul joined Elite Aluminium Systems in 2000 and has worked as a draughtsman within the industry since leaving school.

Paul has a wealth of experience dealing with Main Contractors and Architects and he is fully proficient with CAD, Logikal and surveying.

His attention to detail and approach is particularly suited to the larger projects the company takes on; some of these being Eastside Locks Student Accommodation, Manchester Life Silk Glass and New Walk Leicester.

Jamie Vaughan

Project Draughtsman


Jamie started his career at Elite Aluminium Systems in 2005, initially as part of the estimating team. He quickly built his knowledge of the architectural facades industry while in the process completing his training in the use of 2D CAD Design.

It wasn’t long before Jamie’s technical and design qualities were recognised and he was then assigned into the design team as a project draughtsman, a position he has now held since 2006. Some of the projects Jamie has worked on that he is particularly proud of include the redevelopment at Longbridge and the Eastside Locks Student Accommodation.

Lee Read

Project Draughtsman


Lee has been with the company since 1996 and brings a wealth of experience and technical expertise.

He is proficient in both 2D and 3D Cad Design and has extensive knowledge and experience of architectural façade design which includes but it is not limited to architectural glazing, and solar shading systems.

Lee is also a proficient computer programmer, having created bespoke solutions to enable us to work more efficiently. Premier Inn Waterloo, Stratford Town Square Re-development and Pannel Croft Retirement Village are to name but a few of the iconic projects Lee has worked on.

Lee Turner

Senior Project Estimator


Lee joined Elite Aluminium Systems in 2006 initially working under Mike (Senior Project Estimator), he quickly became adept in the estimating process and through his experiences has quickly advanced his technical expertise to a standard of high-quality.

Lee is a highly competent user of the multiple estimating interfaces, Logikal, Tech Design, Sapa-Logic and KaluCAD.

Lee has worked on and secured a number of high profile projects but is particularly proud of Longbridge Retail Development, Gloucester M5 Services and Hilton T5 Hotel Heathrow.

Mike Stockley

Senior Project Estimator


Mike joined Elite in 1994 and he spent first 11 years on the shop floor as a fabricator. He has always had an eye for detail and quality and has a keen working knowledge of all types of façade products

Mike made the move into the estimating department in 2005 and has worked on a number of prestigious projects; namely. Redevelopment of Weston Super Mare Pier, Premier Inn, Waterloo, Three Kickstart projects at Woodberry Down London, Residential redevelopment of 9 tower blocks at Pendleton, Manchester and exciting new developments in 2017 Silk Glass Manchester, New Walk, Leicester

Luke Webb

Project Estimator


Having completed his studies in accountancy at university Luke joined Elite Aluminium Systems in June 2012.

He initially joined the estimating team as a junior estimator working closely with Lee and Mike building his industry and technical knowledge before progressing to Project Estimator status.

He is now a capable and trusted member of the estimating department, he is also a competent user of a number I.T programs in particular Microsoft Excel, and is in the process of building his knowledge of Auto Cad 2D Design.

Peter Bayliss

Installations Manager


Peter joined the company in 1995 initially starting out as one of our site supervisors. He delivered the installation and management of a number of high-profile projects before taking up his team role as Installations manager.

Peter has a vast amount of invaluable knowledge and experience in both the manufacture and installation and problem solving on a wide range of architectural façade systems gaining a number of qualifications including CSCS GOLD Card, SMSTS, SSSTS and ‘Fenestration Surveyor Level 3 NVQ and also completed the 4 day CWCT course at Bath university.

He is responsible for managing installations teams across the country ensuring they deliver efficiently and effectively and to budget. He is particularly proud of delivering the ‘Manchester Life’ developments, ‘Woodberry Down’ developments and ‘Eastside Locks Student Accommodation’.

Elizabeth Green

SHEQ Administrator


Elizabeth has worked for Elite Aluminium systems for 6 years, assisting in the management of the companies SHEQ systems and providing administrative support across a range of day to day duties.

Liz is responsible for the maintenance of company Health & Safety Policy Procedures, Quality Management & Environmental systems and co-ordinate third party assessments.

Jacqui Roberts



Jacqui joined Elite in August 2017 bringing over 30 years knowledge of accounts experience.

Jacqui is settling in very well and is a very welcomed member of our team.

Patricia Arnold

Accounts & Admin Receptionist


Pat joined Elite in 2013 and as well as making sure our suppliers are paid on time every month, she is the welcoming voice at the end of the phone when you call Elite.


Dan Boulter

Project Draughtsman


Dan joined Elite in 2017 working one day a week and spending the rest of his time at Dudley college learning to use the AutoCAD Software and Tekla as part of his apprenticeship programme, as well as working on a construction level 3 NVQ which was all completed in 2019 with a distinction grade. During this time Dan was thrown in the deep end and started working on projects straight away and picking up the Elite method of working from his colleagues.

Dan now works on much larger projects alongside his team and is continuing to grow as a draughtsman / project planner.


Neil McNicholas

Project Draughtsman


Neil started with Elite Aluminium Systems in Feb 2019 and has worked previously as a CAD technician within the fenestration industry.

With a background of programming, 2D and 3D AutoCAD, Neil also has qualifications in Mechanical engineering. Neil’s skills have contributed towards helping the team with various calculations on projects. Some of the projects he has worked on include New Little Mill, Project Sienna and UK BIC (Battery installation Centre).



Paul Carr

Contracts Manager


Paul Joined Elite in 1994 initially as a Business development Manager. After helping Elite develop the business growth in the early years, he used his vast and varied experience to aid in the running of the main office.

Following major growth of the company over the ensuing years, he then took the role of the contracts manager and is now responsible for all of the contracts team, delivering projects from commencement to successful handover to the client. He has successfully gained qualifications such as Autocad NVQ level 3, IOSH, CSCS gold card, fenestration survey NVQ level 3.
