Back in the companies inception in 1994 when Lee Read was employed as a trainee, the benefits of being able to integrate someone into our own design works, software and company ethos has been a much more practical way of growing the business work force rather than trying to find someone who may fit in. Mark has listed his four main points to how working with Cadcoe has allowed Elite to find the right people in a depleting skills environment.
